The BPOE mission statement emphasizes the cultivation of core values; Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love, and Fidelity.  It recognizes a belief in God, aims to enhance the welfare and happiness of its members, fosters American patriotism, and encourages good fellowship.  The organization seeks to perpetuate itself as a fraternal order and provide structured governance while actively serving communities through charitable and benevolent programs, demonstrating that "Elks Care and Elks Share".

Key Elements of the Mission

• Charitable and Benevolent Work: The BPOE supports programs benefiting youth, veterans, and local communities, including scholarships, drug awareness initiatives, and athletic contests like "Hoop Shoot".
• Fraternal Values: Members are encouraged to uphold moral character, foster fellowship, and practice the four cardinal virtues in daily life.
• Patriotism and Civic Engagement: The organization promotes American patriotism through observances like Flag Day and other community-oriented activities.
• Membership Principles: Membership is by invitation, requiring US citizenship, belief in God, good moral character, and a minimum age of 21.

We meet twice a month, the first and third Monday of each month at 7pm.  Meetings are only for members in good standing.
